Rising to the Challenge

This has been a fundraising year like no other. Nonprofits have had to adapt creatively in dramatically changed circumstances. Development leaders and CEO’s are coping with high pressure to deliver on fundraising goals. What have we learned during the pandemic so far that will help us carry on and succeed?

During this session we will:

• Review how fundraising insights inform strategic and scenario planning

• Consider effective ways of engaging the board and donors to support your nonprofit in pandemic times

• Share knowledge about fundraising tactics that have worked well recently – and those that did not

• Discuss ways to address special fundraising challenges faced by smaller organizations, especially those led by CEO’s and development executives who are persons of color
