It is during these challenging times that we must remember to practice self-care and de-stress. Music is my passion and is one of my favorite ways to decompress after a long day.

So I’d like to #FBF to this past Black History Month and present a recording of An African American Musical Journey, presented by Councilwoman Shanae Williams, Councilwoman Tasha Diaz, City Council President Mike Khader and the Yonkers Commission on Human Rights, from this past Black History Month. The program contained musical selections of African, Spiritual, Classical, contemporary and more.
